Scott Keightley will compose a sculpture made of limestone, ice, and a taxidermied bird (European bee-eater/Merops apiaster.) The bird will be frozen in a block of ice, which will then be carved to roughly the dimensions of the head and shoulders of a person. This will be situated on a stack of three limestone blocks. These three elements -the bird, the ice, and the limestone, will combine to form a temporary statue.
